Bookings Policy

• Check in:  14:00
• Check out: 11:00 (noon)
• Additional charges (50% of the daily rate) apply to early check-in / late check-out, unless otherwise arranged with the hotel.
• Rates include breakfast as well as all taxes.
• Pets are welcome at no extra charge and may accompany our guests in all common domains of the resort. A prior notice to the Reservations Department is required upon booking confirmation.

Payment Methods

• All bookings to be secured by a 30% deposit upon confirmation.
• All remaining balances to be settled upon departure date at the Reception Desk.
• Accounts can be settled by credit card or bank deposits.
• Credit Cards accepted: VISA, MasterCard, Diners, AMEX, Maestro.

Cancellation Policy

• Less than 20 days prior to confirmed arrival date: 30% of total stay is charged.
• Bank Holidays: Less than 20 days prior to confirmed arrival date: 50% of total stay is charged.
• No show fee, departure prior or arrival after the confirmed dates: 100% of total accommodation charges or remaining accommodation balance.

Equipment

At wintertime snow tires or wheel chains are recommended even in the case of 4X4 wheel drive cars.

Use anti-freeze in all cases.

Fill your tank with gas. The closest gas stations are 5 km away (Neos Agios Athanasios).

Clothes

Very warm clothing during the winter season is recommended due to low temperatures.

Boots or suitable shoes for walking on ice or rain are recommended.

First Aid

You need to have all your medication with you since the closest pharmacy is in Arnissa (11 km).
